Jorrel is the founder and principal of SXNGA LLC – a creative and strategic agency serving entrepreneurs, startups, nonprofits, government institutions, and educational organizations with an emphasis on cultivating community.
In his most recent role, Jorrel formally served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Network of Academic & Scholastic Esports Federations (NASEF) and the United States Esports Federation (USEF.GG) leading the development of education and esports ecosystems around the globe.
He holds a BA in Human Development and has held a variety of nonprofit educational leadership roles designing STEAM & game-based learning programs, facilitating international trainings, conferences, & communities of practice, and developing globally recognized organizations that promote educational and competition pathways through gaming & esports.

Leading the undefeated regional qualification of 25+ Athletes in CS2 M+F, DOTA2, MLBB M+F at the 2024 IESF Americas Regional Qualifiers
Leading the national qualification of athletes in Assetto Corsa Competizione to compete at the GEF Global Esports Games in 2024

Co-Design, development, and implementation of the NASEF x Skillshot Scholastic Academy which is set to include certification and training courses for Esports General Managers, Coaches & Referees, Educators, and Health & Wellness Practitioners
Design, development and implementation of the NASEF Scholastic Fellow, Mentor, and Community Leader Programs which has cultivated 180+ esports and educational leaders across more than 22+ countries over the span of 4+ years
Development and Coordination of exciting IRL esports and gaming community events like Esports Summit in Atlanta, Scholastic and Academic Esports Bootcamp in Jakarta, and hosting a multitude of sessions, workshops and panels at conferences around the world
Developing curriculum, resources, and trainings to support the growth of Scholastic Esports around the world
Development of "Esports Scholastic Mentorship" Continued Education Course in partnership with California State University of Fullerton (CSUF)

Designed, co-developed, piloted and expanded a Statewide STEM Enrichment Program from 4 to 80
centers in the first three years.
Created an online curriculum delivery system using challenge-based micro-credentials with content
areas including multimedia, making, and minecraft.
Provided oversight and reporting of STEM pilots / programs throughout each region Statewide.
Facilitated training and development of STEM content area knowledge and skills in small group and large group settings both online and face-to-face throughout each region Statewide.
Interacted with KNB Phaltan Elementary School in India through Skype facilitating conversations, activities, and exploring big questions.
Organized seasonal pay-what-you-can community pop-ups in partnership with other local organizations. Brought together a diverse demographic of people to build meaningful relationships over shared food, good music, collaborative art, while making a positive impact on the community
Led a team of thirteen individuals through the cultural orientation process. Taught practical English (speaking, listening, and writing) in after-school classes of elementary schools in rural areas by creating a unique student-interest driven curriculum and forming one-to-one working partnerships with students.
